job description

This role will see you partnering closely with the business on a number of assigned projects to assist in providing contemporary organisational design solutions to support change, engagement and leadership and capability development across large-scale business areas.

You will be joining a high performing team who work to coach and provide value-adding organisational capability strategies and solutions on all people-related matters across the business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Work with clients and HR to diagnose interventions for organisational change to be effectively achieved
  • Develop change management strategy advice and input to key organisational initiatives
  • Develop specific organisational development interventions with the goal of building ongoing capability and change in culture
  • Provide change support including: Change impact and stakeholder analysis; Change leadership coaching; Change strategy and communication planning; Change plan advice and project management for delivery
  • Design and facilitation of workshops and sessions including training, coaching and team effectiveness
  • Support the design and delivery of leadership development solutions that support development of leadership capability for identified talent

To be successful in this role you will have experience in the development and delivery of specific organisational development areas such as leadership, organisational change, talent, engagement and capability development. You will also have experience working in large organisations where you’ve dealt with senior stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical skills and the ability to adapt and develop innovative strategic solutions and initiatives to manage complex issues are also desired.
